Who we are

We're the London Early Years Foundation and we're changing the world one child at a time! We have 40 nurseries for children from birth to 5 years old. Here's the top 3 things you need to know about us:

Our Unique Purpose

We've been around for a long time, 121 years to be precise!

But we're always evolving and leading the way in Early Years Education.

We put London's families first. 75% of our nurseries are in some of the most deprived areas of London and 27% of our children are on funded-only places meaning you have the chance to make the biggest impact with us.

Many of our people start as an Apprentice or join freshly qualified and end up having long and successful careers with us. Whether your ambitions lie in management, sustainability, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or something else, we're here to help you achieve your goals.

We deliver top quality training and development through our London Early Years Institute. Our accredited qualifications, degree and short courses are developed and delivered in-house by experts.
