Decide what flex will work for you
- Bank – the most flexible option where you can pick up shifts as they are available and suit you
- 3 days a week – Mon–Wed or Wed–Fri
- AM or PM shifts – also depends on what’s available at your chosen nursery
- 36 hours over 4 days – condense full time hours for a longer weekend
- Term-time roles (& shorter days at 2 of our nurseries)
- Lunchtime cover shifts during that busy nursery period
