Decide what flex will work for you
  • Bank – the most flexible option where you can pick up shifts as they are available and suit you
  • 3 days a week – Mon–Wed or Wed–Fri
  • AM or PM shifts – also depends on what’s available at your chosen nursery
  • 36 hours over 4 days – condense full time hours for a longer weekend
  • Term-time roles (& shorter days at 2 of our nurseries)
  • Lunchtime cover shifts during that busy nursery period
