I've been the manager at Pembury Nursery since 2014. Our nursery is in the heart of Hackney on a vibrant estate, away from cars and their fumes which is great as we have two large outdoor play areas. We have good transport links and we have close links to the community and the Peabody Trust. My proudest moment was achieving an 'Outstanding' rating by Ofsted. I believe that every child is unique and deserves the opportunity to be nurtured in a safe environment where they can explore, learn and develop.
We know it’s our people who make LEYF great. That’s why we value each staff member and offer:
● Pay and conditions above the national average in the nursery sector
● A nurturing, fun and value-led working environment
● An award-winning staff training and development programme
● The opportunity to make a real difference to children’s lives
