Join us for our Men in Early Years Insight Day where you’ll discover whether a career of working with young children, childcare or teaching could be for you. 

You’ll receive a welcoming introduction to a career in Early Years, a practical activity in our nurseries and a chance to men who are already working in nurseries.

What to bring: No need to bring anything, but you may want to bring along a notebook and pen 

Who is the event for? 

Those who are over 18 and want to see if a career in Early Years could be for them. 

What to expect 

  • Practical information on a career in Early Years, including changing your career path 
  • Hear from our CEO, June O’Sullivan, who is a visible advocate of men in Early Years within the sector for more than 10 years 
  • Hear from men who are working at LEYF and their experiences of the sector 
  • A tour of a nursery, along with a practical activity to get a sense of our pedagogy 
  • Refreshments and a chance to network
