Why a “bank” contract could be the one
Studying for an Early Years qualification at college or university is a big deal! Between classes, home study, and hands-on experience at nurseries or Early Years settings, your schedule is busy. A bank contract, also known as a 0-hour contract) could be an achievable option for you.
It’s totally flexible – you work when your employer needs you rather than set hours each week. So, if you’ve got exams or a heavy study week, that’s ok, you don’t need to accept shifts! But when your schedule opens up you can work to boost your skills and your bank balance. It’s all about finding the balance between work, study, and your life.
