But you’ve been stepping into the unknown since day one.
And we’ll be with you all the way.
Childcare funding can be complicated. We can talk you through the options and let you know what’s available in your local area.
All three and four year olds in England are entitled to 15 hours of free early education a week for 38 weeks of the year, starting from the term after their third birthday. The government is planning to increase this to 30 hours for some parents. Some two year olds are also eligible for 15 hours of funding.
If you’re on a low income or unemployed, you may be eligible for Universal Credit (which will replace the childcare element of working tax credit by 2017). Whether you can claim and how much depends on your personal circumstances.
Some employers offer their staff help with childcare costs in the form of childcare vouchers. These are exempt from tax and national insurance contributions and accepted by all our nurseries.
