    We are expanding our recruitment division and are looking for an experienced recruiter in the early years sector to join our innovative team.

     

    The London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) are the UK’s largest childcare social enterprise. As a registered charity, we believe that our 37 nurseries across London have a duty to be a part of and support their local communities, to break down barriers by offering quality childcare to all local families. We believe that every child has the right to a quality education and care. Our LEYF Pedagogy (teaching model) has been designed to ensure all children in our care receive the very best in quality education using methods designed specifically for their age group at our settings and at home.

     

    A Recruitment Officer at LEYF is a pivotal position within the organisation. You will be responsible for finding the very best talent in the sector and encouraging them to continue their career journey with LEYF. You will have the chance to build attraction campaigns, attend several careers events as well as designing some of your own, engage with our partners to encourage those seeking a career in childcare to pick LEYF as their employer of choice. LEYF encourage partnership working across each of our functions therefor you will be the designated recruitment partner for a select number of our nurseries; you will be required to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, conduct regular visits and attend meetings at your assigned nurseries. You will be responsible for the recruitment needs for these settings.
