Hello, my name is Feryal and I am the manager at Townmead Community Nursery. I have a degree in Childcare and Education as well as nearly 13 years of experience working with children of all ages and needs. I am passionate about my job and feel strongly that every child is an individual that needs to be nurtured and cared for in their own way. I feel fortunate to be part of Townmead Community Nursery, where we believe working hard together as a team allows us to offer the highest standards of care and education for children. Our nursery is inspiring and welcoming, and has excellent facilities both inside and outside. In order to ensure school readiness, we provide children with a broad range of knowledge, skills and strategies that will give them the best foundation for school and life. We're very proud of our nursery and would love to show you around! Please get in touch to arrange a visit.
Please note Townmead Nursery is offering the 30 Hours from 1 September, 2017. This is open to working parents of 3 & 4 year olds. Please contact Feryal your Nursery Manager for details.
We are located in Fulham, providing care and education for children from 3 months to 5 years. We're open 8am - 6pm, 51 weeks a year.
"My daughter is 3 and has been at Townmead since September. She absolutely loves it, the staff are all very nice, friendly and very good with the children. I'd recommend this nursery, 5*. My daughter is learning so much and my 2 year old starts next term." Sally, parent at Townmead
"They have reached beyond my expectations." Townmead parent
" I particularly appreciate all the effort and hard work that has been put into my daughters happiness at LEYF. The nursery is still very new, but definitely on the road to success." Asher, parent at Townmead
We were most recently inspected by Ofsted in August 2017 and were rated ‘Outstanding’.
Children show they feel exceptionally safe and emotionally secure. They have excellent relationships with all staff who are extremely caring and kind to them. Staff deploy themselves highly effectively to support children's interests.
All children, including those who have special educational needs and/or disabilities, gain excellent skills to help prepare them for their future learning, including their move to school. They are incredibly independent learners. For example, children manage age-appropriate risks and challenges exceptionally well. Children's behaviour is superb. They play harmoniously together and show great respect for each other and their environment.
