.I've been the manager at South Bermondsey since 2018. I love our nursery because it has a large outdoor area, which is accessible from all the learning rooms. This means that our children are able to explore the outdoors at all times, with the support of engaging teachers who provide each child with the opportunity to choose resources that enrich and extend their development through play. I believe that every child should be given the opportunity, resources and aspiration to develop as individuals - regardless of their ability, gender, or social status. At South Bermondsey we feel privileged and fortunate to play such key roles in supporting the development of each of our children.
We know it’s our people who make LEYF great. That’s why we value each staff member and offer:
● Pay and conditions above the national average in the nursery sector
● A nurturing, fun and value-led working environment
● An award-winning staff training and development programme
● The opportunity to make a real difference to children’s lives
