Salary: £30,878.62 – £38,742.04 Dependent on Full/Term time hours and experience. Inc of travel allowance

We are looking for a Nursery Manager to lead our team at Burgess Park Nursery. You’ll be working in a fun and caring environment, with the time and space to develop warm and loving relationships with the children in your care.


You need to have:

Experience delivering excellent leadership and management.

Passion for the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage, ensuring high quality care and learning opportunities for all children.

Experience managing interactions with other professionals and Nursery staff in support of children and families.

Experience of developing partnerships with families and holding regular parent participation events.

Experience of managing and projecting occupancy.

A desire to positively enable the development of all staff.

Experience of performance management of staff through the appraisal process.

The ability to manage appropriate nursery budgets, monitor spending and take responsibility for all financial and administrative tasks e.g. fee and petty cash reconciliation; debt and fee collection and equipment inventory.
