Job Description

We are recruiting for Early Years Educators for our Micky Star community nursery which is located a short walk from Edgware road and Paddington station. Beverly has been managing the nursery since 2009 and has ensured that we are very much part of the community. Our team continue to build strong parent partnerships and our parents love how we celebrate current events that include the whole family. We are looking for experienced passionate Early Years Educators to join and work as part of our team to continue to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can have fun, play, develop and learn.

The London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Background checks and an enhanced DBS will be required.


Job Requirements

  • Level 3 or above in Early Years Childcare or equivalent
  • To build and maintain strong partnership working with parents to enable children’s needs to be met.
  • To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care
  • Knowledge of legislation relevant to Early Years such as EYFS, SEN, safeguarding
  • Ability, flexibility and willingness to take on other responsibilities or duties as deemed necessary
  • To build strong, supportive and professional relationships with the team
