Our BANK Early Years Educators enjoy flexible working whilst building experience and knowledge in the Early Years sector.

BANK staff are highly-valued and are part of the LEYF family, encouraging child development through supporting activities and experiences. The successful candidates will be enthusiastic and passionate, always willing to undertake any task required by the leadership team that creates a fun and functional environment.

A dedicated Bank Coordinator will organise your shifts with you and make sure you always have a main point of contact. You will be looked after and your support always valued.

Our BANK team provide cover in various LEYF nurseries in the local area. We know navigating around London can be difficult, so our BANK team are not expected to travel over an hour when supporting different locations.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection and how this is monitored in a nursery setting.
  • At least 6 months experience working in an early year’s setting
  • To encourage a supportive team atmosphere and the ability to work together in a positive and compassionate way.
  • To continually strive for best practice in yourself and inspiring others.
  • To be dedicated in achieving the highest standard of education and care
  • Have a passion for making a difference in their communities.
  • A child centred approach to teaching using creative and exciting methods to engage and stimulate
