I've worked at LEYF since 2003 and have been at Stockwell Gardens Nursery since it opened in 2015. Our nursery is special because it's not just a nursery, it has that family feel. Our parents always comment on how welcoming and calm it feels! I describe myself as fun, team-oriented as well as understanding and supportive. I'm really proud of working my way up from a trainee to Nursery Manager and completing my BA degree. I believe that every child can be anything they want to be.
We know it’s our people who make LEYF great. That’s why we value each staff member and offer:
● Pay and conditions above the national average in the nursery sector
● A nurturing, fun and value-led working environment
● An award-winning staff training and development programme
● The opportunity to make a real difference to children’s lives
