Staff Benefits

I joined LEYF in 2008 and have been at Marylebone Nursery since 2017. We work a lot with our local community through our multi-generational approach to learning. We pride ourselves on being inclusive and welcoming and we love to see our children being challenged and their development skills extended. We promote equal opportunities in learning and like to provide an approach that includes risky play and urban outdoors. One of my proudest moments at LEYF was supporting a child one-on-one to get the help, funding and support he needed to go to the school his parents had chosen. I believe that every child should be given the same learning opportunities, feel included and welcome and be heard.

Career Progression

We know it’s our people who make LEYF great. That’s why we value each staff member and offer:

● Pay and conditions above the national average in the nursery sector
● A nurturing, fun and value-led working environment
● An award-winning staff training and development programme
● The opportunity to make a real difference to children’s lives
