I've been the manager of Colville Nursery since 2017 and what I love about our nursery is our diversity and how we recognise and celebrate different cultures. Our nursery is like a home away from home and we take pride in the well-being of our children by developing good, caring and positive relationships with them and also by supporting parents. One of my proudest achievements was implementing our Forest School as part of our 'Safe, Fit and Healthy' multi-generational approach, as well as receiving an Outstanding rating from Ofsted. I'd describe myself as fun and friendly and I love to inspire others. I believe that every child is an individual and special in their own way. Every child deserves the opportunity to shine!
