I've been the Nursery Manager here at Marks Gate since 2017, although I first joined LEYF in 2008. Our nursery is special because we're really nurturing. In fact, we won an award for being nurturing! We also have individual outside areas for each age group as well as a beautiful sensory space for children under two. I'd describe myself as friendly, caring and really passionate about my work. I believe that every child has the potential to achieve and shine - they just need the right teacher to nuture, inspire and believe in them.
We know it’s our people who make LEYF great. That’s why we value each staff member and offer:
● Pay and conditions above the national average in the nursery sector
● A nurturing, fun and value-led working environment
● An award-winning staff training and development programme
● The opportunity to make a real difference to children’s lives
