Job Description

Queensborough has been managed by Jean since 2000 and we have an incredibly strong friendly, engaging staff team who are extremely knowledagble and experienced. We are seeking early years educators to come and join our outstanding team to continue to create inspiring and fun experiences for our children, creating and nurturing environment and encouraging bravery and curiosity in our children’s development.

Job Requirements

  • Level 3 or above in Early Years Childcare or equivalent
  • To build and maintain strong partnership working with parents to enable children’s needs to be met.
  • To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care
  • Knowledge of legislation relevant to Early Years such as EYFS, SEN, safeguarding
  • Ability, flexibility and willingness to take on other responsibilities or duties as deemed necessary
  • To build strong, supportive and professional relationships with the team
