Despite the challenges of the coronavirus (Covid-19) crisis we are still recruiting for staff in our nurseries. We are only able to conduct telephone interviews at this point in time as we need to follow the Government’s guidelines on social distancing.
London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) is keen to hear from you and the Recruitment Team will be reviewing all applications. We will then be offering telephone interviews to successful candidates. We can then advise you on the next stage in the recruitment process. Please keep applying.

Age Range: Birth-5 years
OFSTED Rating: Outstanding
I’ve been at Ford Road nursery since we opened our doors in 2009. A high number of families return to us with siblings so we have a real family feel. Each age group room has its own outdoor space with mud kitchens, growing patches, and den areas! My proudest moment was achieving an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ rating in 2018. It made me reflect on how far the nursery has developed since I became the manager. The team strives every day to implement the LEYF values: fun, inspiring, nurturing, brave. I believe every child deserves to be in a safe and stimulating environment, with teachers who are responsive to their needs to help them thrive and develop.
We know it’s our people who make LEYF great. That’s why we value each staff member and offer:
● Pay and conditions above the national average in the nursery sector
● A nurturing, fun and value-led working environment
● An award-winning staff training and development programme
● The opportunity to make a real difference to children’s lives
