  • We are looking for a candidate who is a team worker, uses their initiative and is passionate about child careand development.

So, what benefits can LEYF offer you?

Meet the Nursery Manager

I've been part of the LEYF family since 2003 and the manager of Bessborough Community Nursery since 2017. Our nursery is special because it's been part of the Pimlico community for decades. It's also a central hub for the community with services such as health and education, to support local families. We have an excellent reputation, with different generations of the same families returning. We're a purpose-built nursery with lots of natural light and a wonderful outdoor area where the children can learn about the natural environment. My proudest moment occurs every summer when the children who have been with us since infancy, leave us ready and prepared for the next stage of their education as confident and independent learners. I believe that every child should have the opportunity to explore, play and learn in an environment that stimulates their curiosity.

Working at LEYF

We know it’s our people who make LEYF great. That’s why we value each staff member and offer:

● Pay and conditions above the national average in the nursery sector
● A nurturing, fun and value-led working environment
● An award-winning staff training and development programme
● The opportunity to make a real difference to children’s lives
