Our new Room Leader will be dynamic in their practice, demonstrating the ability to encourage enthusiasm and motivation. Our room leaders must inspire their team, becoming role models for our practitioners and instilling fantastic work ethic. As a Room Leader, you must be able to confidently manage the days to day running of the room smoothly and effectively. Camberwell Grove promotes a child centred environment dedicated to providing the very best care and education for our children.
