At LEYF your training is FREE and you are paid £100 a week as you receive 1 days training and 4 days of nursery work-based learning a week. Your work place will be in a nursery where you get the additional benefit of a mentor who will support you throughout your training. You will also receive access to a professional coach throughout your training.

What does the Future Hold?

Once you hold a Level 3 Diploma for the Children’s and Young People’s Workforce the world is wide open to you. Our graduates go on to employment as Nursery Officers, International Holiday Representatives, Nannies, Child-minders, Play Therapists and Youth Workers. Some of our graduates also choose to go to university, in most instances, to undertake a Degree in primary teaching.
